Our Sunday mornings begin with Sunday School at 9:45 a.m. We have a nursery for infants and toddlers, a class for children, pre-K through 5th grade and a class for adults.
The morning worship service ordinarily begins at 10:55 am and is typically attended by about 60 people of all ages.
There is no particular dress code - some people dress casually, others arrive in their 'Sunday best’.
Most services begin with a welcome from the pastor (or whoever is leading the service), followed by a service of worship of God.
The music during worship is usually a blend of traditional and contemporary styles.
The worship service generally follows the Revised Common Lectionary for themes and scripture from the Old Testament, Psalms, Epistles and Gospels.
There is also a short time of teaching specifically geared for younger children, after which they go to Children's Church.
We usually celebrate the sacrament of the Lord's Supper on the first Sunday of the month and at other times when appropriate to the church year.
